Our Liberation Education Training is designed to:

  • Deepen participants' analysis of racism and colonialism

  • Challenge participants' to examine identity, power, and media

  • Explore the lie of racism and the seeds of colonialism

  • Construct new anti-racist and decolonizing principles for personal lives and learning spaces


Our Trauma-Informed Training is designed to:

  • Increase participants' knowledge and understanding of trauma and how it manifests in  the human body

  • Increase participants' ability to create trauma-informed spaces for themselves and their peers

  • Increases participants' knowledge of self-care, secondary trauma, and burnout

  • Create a self-care plan that can be implemented immediately

Our Restorative Practice Training is designed to:

  • Create proactive and responsive strategies for strengthening relationships

  • Lessen group conflict and restore communication

  • Practice affective statements, impromptu dialogue, setting group norms, and the use of circles

Our Ethos Training is designed to:

  • Increase participants' tools for working with youth in a varied cultural, political, and historical context to bring about youth leadership and social change

  • Take a deep dive into the personal ethos and how it impacts what is taught, how it is taught, and why it is taught 

  • Enhance participants' understanding of adolescent development/youth voice, core values, and non-traditional educational methodologies 

  • Build an understanding of youth engagement and retention

Our Art Infusion Training is designed to:

  • Explore the power of the arts to heal, transform, build, educate, and organize

  •  Infuse six art modalities (dance, drama, writing, singing, music & visual arts)

  • Understand the role that creativity plays in social development and positive growth

  • Learn ways to apply art experiences for youth & community members

  • Explore participants' sense of "I am" while moving towards cultivating inclusive relationships with the community into a sense of "we are"

  • Practice asset mapping, accountability, creating safe/courageous spaces

  • Engage future participants & partners

  • Introduce participants' to family engagement strategies & practices
