Our Trauma-Informed Training is designed to:
Increase participants' knowledge and understanding of trauma and how it manifests in the human body
Increase participants' ability to create trauma-informed spaces for themselves and their peers
Increases participants' knowledge of self-care, secondary trauma, and burnout

Create proactive and responsive strategies for strengthening relationships
Lessen group conflict and restore communication
Practice affective statements, impromptu dialogue, setting group norms, and the use of circles

Our Ethos Training is designed to:
Increase participants' tools for working with youth in a varied cultural, political, and historical context to bring about youth leadership and social change
Take a deep dive into the personal ethos and how it impacts what is taught, how it is taught, and why it is taught

Our Community Building Training is designed to:
Explore participants' sense of "I am" while moving towards cultivating inclusive relationships with the community into a sense of "we are"
