Creative Praxis (CP) is pleased to present What a Year: A Family Day of Healing on June 26, 2021 at the Vincent G. Panati Recreation Center, 3101 North 22nd Street,
from 12:00-5:00 p.m. The outdoor family event will focus on art-based healing, self-care, mental health wellness, connection, and celebration during the COVID-era for the North Philadelphia community.

 

What A Year attendees will receive care packages that promote wellness, growth, and development. Complimentary workshops on the following topics will also be available:

• Healing-centered art-making for all ages

• Meditation and mindfulness practices

• Accessing free to low-cost mental health services

• Self and community-care tools and practices

• De-escalation and conflict resolution tools

• Nutrition and healing the human body
