Ethos is what shapes every step of your work, from beginning to end. At Creative Praxis, we believe that each individual and community must identify their ethos before working with others. Therefore, we help organizations and individuals develop a strong ethos that represents your assets, history, and vision.

Your values set the tone: when you enter into a meeting or learning space, they are what shines through. How do you introduce yourself? How do you honor the land? Who else's voices are present? The foundation of organizing, teaching, and any other collective work is built on the principles we believe in--including what we believe about ourselves.

In each training, we help participants visualize their I AM statements, which help us see ourselves more clearly. After defining our personal ethos, we are better able to understand our roles, strengths, and areas of improvement. Once we do this, we are ready to dive into our goals and strategies for change.
