1. Youth-Based Organizations & Institutions
Creative Praxis partners with youth-based organizations, schools, and community institutions to provide high-quality, evidence-based professional development that meets the real challenges educators, youth practitioners, and caregivers face every day. Our trainings equip staff with immediately applicable tools in trauma healing, de-escalation, culturally responsive leadership, youth engagement, classroom management, and liberation-centered programming. 2. Young People
Creative Praxis proudly partners directly with young people—from kindergarten through college—to provide transformative, healing-centered experiences that build leadership, self-awareness, creativity, and community. Our evidence-based, arts-integrated approach equips young people with practical tools they can apply immediately in their personal, academic, and professional lives. Through interactive workshops in leadership, public speaking, peer mediation, wellness practices, and community organizing, youth strengthen their "I Am" (identity) and "We Are" (collective power) through culturally relevant, play-based learning.

Research shows that when young people engage in skills-based leadership programs, they experience a 13% increase in academic achievement, a 20% improvement in social behaviors, and a significant reduction in emotional stress (CASEL, 2020).
At Creative Praxis, young people are not passive participants—they are co-creators. 100% of youth participants in our trainings design and launch socially conscious campaigns or initiatives aimed at improving their schools, communities, or programs. Young leaders consistently report gaining emotional, social, and academic tools, building stronger peer connections, and feeling more empowered to shape the world around them with skill, courage, and joy.

4. Community Members
Creative Praxis partners with community members to offer healing-centered, evidence-based trainings on emerging and relevant topics such as civic engagement, restorative practices, racism, trauma healing, grief and loss, and community-building. Each session is intentionally designed to create safe, inclusive spaces where individuals of all identities and cultures are welcomed to bring their full selves. Research shows that communities with strong social cohesion and shared tools for healing and action experience higher levels of resilience, mental health, and civic participation (CDC, 2021). Creative Praxis meets this critical need by offering spaces for deep learning, reflection, and immediate action—equipping participants with tangible tools they can use to build stronger, more connected, and more liberated communities.
